Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail
when i try to send message to email account at hotmail the postmaster of my domain send to me Undeliverable message with the following text:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test
Sent: 3/4/2010 11:01 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.

i try to make SPF record for my domain name as microsoft Sender ID Management Team recommend but i still can not send email to hotmil from my account
send attached the header of the Undeliverable message
please advise me to solve this problem

Sorry for that I did check on many RBLs and, as you said, you are NOT blacklisted.
The only thing I can think off is that this ip address is returning many PTR record.

yes it is a new problem , and I have just add PTR record for my domain ezzstee.com and also for other domains that hosted at the same server Since last 3 days. exactly after this problem happen and Microsoft advise me to have SPF record and PTR record.

can you try to send an email from your exchange server to hotmail using telnet ?

yes i try to send via telnet but it is also give me Undeliverable:Delivery Status Notification (Failure) message the steps i do is as the following :

i don't get it , in the telnet log u sent me it is written mail queued for delivery

this is the underelvable message the system send to me when i try to send via telnet , keep in mind that when i try to send via telnet to yahoo it was reached

The reason you are being blocked is that the Windows Live email firewall software has seen a large number of emails coming from your IP with non-existant hotmail addresses in the To field. When this behaviour occurs, it generally indicates the sender is trying to namespace mine for valid addresses. Namespace mining is a practice done by spammers. It involves sending a large number of emails to a given namespace with random left hand portions of the email addresses. Those that don't produce an NDR of "invalid address" are then targeted more directly by the spammer.
You may have accidentally done this, you may have a virus on your network, or your mail server might be an open relay. Once you have determine the cause and resolved the issue, you wil need to contact the Windows Live postmaster to get your IP removed from their block list.

Do you have an entry in your firewall allowing only your mail server to send out on port 25? If not, add this immediately. If you can set up syslog for your router, do so and monitor port 25 for outgoing data.

That may solve the problem temporarily but you need to figure out what caused them to blacklist your in the first place or your new IP will get blacklisted too.

I think we registed at firist time becouse we did not have PTR record and spf record that I added before changing The IP
