How to contact Google Postini billing?
We were using Postini for our Spam filtering and were very pleased with the service. However, when the prepaid year was up, they tried to bill a old card. We hit cancel to put in a different card number and were forever blocked (it seems) from finding another path in to put in our billing info. This has been going on for months. I have tried several times to email every single address I've found for them on the Net, but no replies. Does anyone know how to contact billing for Postini?

Thanks!

I found this sales number 888.584.3150 on this link.  Maybe they have the billing number http://www.postini.com/contact/salesform.php

It seems that you have to have a login on their support page to find the billing number.  Good Luck.

Wow - what a joke. I followed that link and first dialed the 888-584-3150 number and was greeted by a recording saying number no longer in service.

Called the 650.216.3574 and was told the new number was 866-767-8461 for US customers. When I called that I get a - No longer in service message. The new number is 866-954-1567. So I called that and was immediately dropped into a queue that played the same orchestra over and over and over ( I know because I sat on speaker phone hold for nearly a hour). From there I returned to the original Postini corporate number of 866-767-8461 and was given another number at the end of the message for a "direct line" to Postini. That number is 512-343-9399, but guess what - no answer there either.. However, no music queues this time, just the forever ring.ring.ring.ring.ring..... Ughh!

I emailed them several times over the past few months with zero response, so I'm not using their forms anymore. I need to get a live, breathing person to speak to me.

Wow, sorry to hear that.  I think they must rely on resellers for support or something.  I wish I had some other info to give you.

dsmjeff--I do not usually like to do this but here is the Google list of contacts for Postini. http://www.google.com/search?q=Postini+how+to+contact+billing&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&ie=&oe=
Most solutions are email addresses.  However that may be better than nothing.

Going down the reseller path was the ticket. I have found out how to get back into my account without any Google interaction - pretty ridiculous that I have to become a reseller to get in touch with someone, but oh well.

Thanks to all who helped.
