About 15 years ago (in the late 1990s) I worked for a non-profit organization that used a purchased software package named: Pledgemaker for tracking donors, contributions, correspondence, etc.  This product used an Oracle database to hold its data.  I don't know if this product is still on the market or not.  I also would not describe it as a "good" product.  But, it was the only commercially-available product that I knew of then for tracking donors and contributions for non-profit organizations.

I developed a custom Oracle-based replacement system for the non-profit organization I worked for then.  They are still using that custom system.  They may be willing to sell that to you, if you are interested.
