If you run AutoDiscover test in Outlook 2007, does it shows any error? If you run the cmdlet 'get-offlineaddressbook |fl' what does it shows?

Wait a few minutes and restart the File Distribution Service on your CAS and/or run the following command: Update-FileDistributionService -Identity CASServer
