Could you first tell us
-what makes you think optimization is needed
-what kind of performance you expect after "optimizing"?
Most of the options you were told will have an effect next to zero to write/read performance and access time. They might extend the expected lifetime a bit.
Normally, the only maintenance and optimization I see is to keep the firmware of the ssd current as well as the bios of the computer and the driver for your hard drive controller. All others don't count in my opinion when talking about performance (and not lifetime).

There are a few strange characters showing on my screen (Firefox browser?)
Most look extraneous.
In the
Disable Hibernation
  A)Type cmd in the windows start menu search box, then right click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator.
  B)In the command prompt type in powercfg –h off and hit enter. You must reboot for this to take effect.
What should be after "powercfg ???h off" ???  I think it's  "powercfg -h off" found after running powercfg /?  it seems the hybernation is turned on and off with the -h option.
