Connecting Outlook Android app to Exchange 2010
Hello. I run a corporate Exchange 2010 server to which I'm trying to log in from my Android device (5.0.2) using the Microsoft Outlook app (2.0.52). My Exchange server has a valid SSL certificate (sha1/2048) which already connects well using Outlook Anywhere and ActiveSync. Except for a single certificate chain warning, the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Connectivity Test (I assume this app uses ActiveSync for Exchange connectivity) comes up clean for my domain. However "Login Error: Please check your server settings" is as far as I get. Any pointers in the right direction would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Does Autodiscover work correctly for your account?
Have you tried using the native mail app in Android?
What are you entering for the username? domain\username - username@domain ?
Simon.

Thank you Simon.
Except for that same certificate chain warning, the Autodiscover test comes up clean using domain\username.
Currently using native mail app in Android no problem.
Tried domain\username, username@domain and just username
The certificate is mail.domain.com.
The internal AD FQDN is exchange.office.domain.com .

FYI, Exchange settings in that app are:

username

If the internal FQDN server name doesn't matter, but the server is the only thing I need to be careful with ...
And my certificate is mail.domain.com but my internal FQDN is exchange.office.domain.com ...
What server name should I be using in the app?
