SSL Complete pending request still exisit
Hi,
Recently i have renewed the certificate for exchange 2010 from godaddy without CSR, Godaddy have extended the validity without submitting the CSR as we dint change any domain names.
1. i have 2 CAS/HUB servers.
2. i have generated a new CSR from CAS/HUB1 from exchange MMC.
3. Provided the information that i used for my OWA, Active Sync & Outlook anywhere.
4. During this time i have contacted go daddy how can i complete the request they assisted to generate the CSR and login to godaddy account & re-key the certificate by pasting the CSR in the certificate management. which i did and download the certificate from godaddy.
5. Install the intermediate certificate in certificate store in exchagne CASHUB1 server.
6. complete the steps of complete the pending certificate request from exchange MMC. by providing the new certificate.
but still the complete pending request shows in MMC. & nothing change in certificate MMC.
can any one help me out please how to complete the pending request although it accepted the certificate.
Thank you

If you have multiple servers with the CAS role, then you need to either have the SSL certificate installed on both servers (Which includes the intemediate certificate), or you have to configure all URLs on the second server to point to the first.
You aren't installing any certificates in to the trusted root store, it is only the intemediate store that certificates need to go.
