How to set the correct paper margins for a POS printer in Ms Access Design view
We have installed a POS printer called CITIZEN CT-S310II from Japan , now it keep print on A4 no matter what we do , we are able to select the default paper size which is a receipt type but still nothing works , this machine is on MS access 2016 app. Due to this problem it keeping on printing and cutting the document into 7 pages

The problem is on the paper margins, see screen shoots

The problem here the manual does not state the paper size , how do we know the paper size??????

Measure it with a ruler. ย That's what I do. ย Check the box the paper comes in, it might be written there.

The only information I'm given is as follows:

Top = 0.75 inch
Bottom = 0.75 inch
Left = 0.35 inch
Right = 0.35 inch

Is it only the width which will translate to Left and Right , kindly correct me if I,m wrong!

First check if the printer has some kind of utility that takes care of everything...just check printer properties..
If not in the Control Panel->Printers ->just single click one of the printers.... printer server will get visible on the bar above

Your report height/width + margins must equal the measured dimensions.
