I am facing an issue with all outlook applications, from 2013 through to 2019 whereby the Auto-Complete clears after closing the application. The email address configured on the profile is Office 365 and we have formatted the machine once thinking that it might be a corrupt office update.
We have run the updates for all the Office applications to the latest date but nothing is working.

We believe in human intelligence. Our moderation policy strictly prohibits the use of LLM content in our Q&A threads.
If yes please remove it and configure a new outlook profile and try.
Could you check Use auto-complete list to suggest names when typing ... is checked under FIle Options - Mail Tab?

I have tried disabling all the Outlook Addins but this has not helped.
Dear Kesavan,
This setting is enabled by default and despite it being checked, the cache is not being retained.
Further assistance shall be appreciated.
