Hi, I'm a computer technician that works for a major fortune 500 computer company for over a year.  Due to the known fact that computer companies outsource thier tech support, I will not be able to devulge the name of the computer company that I work for and for further personal security with my job, I will choose not to name the outsourcing company that I work for also.  I don't know everything there is to know about computers, but I am trying my best to learn all I can.
