Full Biography

Throughout my IT career, I work on a wide range of computer technology including hardware and software. I have gained a comprehensive amount of software knowledge by which includes off the shelf, Open Source and third party.  I also have a lot of experience with computer operating systems including D.O.S, OS/2, AS/400, UNIX, Linux, some Macintosh, and all versions of Microsoft Windows (3.x to 10). With the aspect to computer hardware, I have knowledge in troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading and maintaining desktop, printers and servers.   Besides the hardware and software aspect to computer technology, I also have an excellent understanding of computer networking including cabling, wireless connectivity, designing, implementation, troubleshooting and managing.   Most of my knowledge of computer technology comes from practical experience.
One of my outstanding skill is to advanced the abilities of computer systems beyond what the companies of these systems thought possible. Some of the companies include Ford of Canada and the Federal Government of Canada.
Other experiences are working on many independent projects, documentation, teaching staff, end user support, helpdesk, meeting deadlines, and being the company’s IT liaison
