On September 17, 2024, Broadcom released ESXi 8.0 Update 3b (Build 24280767) in this video we will show you HOW TO Upgrade offline a VMware vSphere Hypervisor ESXi 8.0U3 to ESXi 8.0U3b using a depot file. You would use a depot file, when your ESXi host server does not have direct access to the internet.

To find the profiles in the depot file you use the following command

esxcli software sources profile list -d /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/depot.zip
