The purpose of this video is to demonstrate how to create a Printer Friendly PDF on a WordPress
Page.

This will be demonstrated using a Windows 8 PC. Tools Used are Photoshop, Awesome
Screenshot” Google Chrome Extension, and SmallPDF.com

Video Steps

1. Log into WordPress Backend

2. Open the page out of which you want to make a PDF of

3. Create a Screen capture of the page. The Demonstration used “Awesome Screenshot” Google Chrome Extension.

4. Copy Screenshot to image editing software. Photoshop was used in demonstration. Edit as needed. Save as a JPG.

5. Convert JPG to PDF. SmallPDF.com was used in the demonstration.

6. Back on the WordPress back end. Upload the PDF as a media file under the Media – Add New tab.

7. On the WordPress page, create a link which opens the PDF. Stylize as needed.
